Blueberry pie

  • pie crust
  • 800g frozen blueberries
  • 1 lemon
  • 100g white sugar
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 30g cornstarch
  • tsp cinammon
  • pinch of salt
  1. Cook the frozen bluebbery in a saucepan until fully unfrozen.
  2. Add sugar, cornstarch, cinammon, and salt.
  3. Cook for 10-15 minutes while stirring frequently, to let the mix thicken.
  4. Turn off the heat.
  5. Add the lemon zest, and half of the lemon juice.
  6. Add the filling in the pie crust, and bake for 1 hour at 180°C.
