Blueberry Pie

- pie crust
- 800g frozen blueberries
- 1 lemon
- 100g white sugar
- 50g brown sugar
- 30g cornstarch
- tsp cinammon
- pinch of salt
- Cook the frozen bluebbery in a saucepan until fully unfrozen.
- Add sugar, cornstarch, cinammon, and salt.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes while stirring frequently, to let the mix thicken.
- Turn off the heat.
- Add the lemon zest, and half of the lemon juice.
- Add the filling in the pie crust, and bake for 1 hour at 180°C.
