- 2 oz Campari
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 3/4 oz Simple syrup (1.5:1)
- 1 oz Aquafaba
- Shake everything with ice.
- Remove the ice, and shake one more time.
- Serve, and garnish with angustora bitter.
