- 60 ml Campari
- 30 ml Lime Juice
- 20 ml Simple syrup (1.5:1)
- 30 ml Aquafaba
- Shake everything with ice.
- Remove the ice, and shake one more time.
- Serve, and garnish with angustora bitter.
