- 1 Onion
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 500 g mushrooms
- 200 g spinach
- 1 dL white wine
- 1 dL mushroom stock
- 4 dL oat cream
- 2 tbsp mustard
- Olive oil for frying
- Chop and fry the mushrooms in a pan, until they start to brown (avoid stirring). Then put aside.
- Chop onion and garlic, and fry in a pot.
- Once they start to brown, add white wine and let cook for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked mushrooms, oat cream, and stock, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add spinash and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve with rice and parsley.
