  • 1 Onion
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 200 g spinach
  • 1 dL white wine
  • 1 dL mushroom stock
  • 4 dL oat cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Olive oil for frying
  1. Chop and fry the mushrooms in a pan, until they start to brown (avoid stirring). Then put aside.
  2. Chop onion and garlic, and fry in a pot.
  3. Once they start to brown, add white wine and let cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add the cooked mushrooms, oat cream, and stock, and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add spinash and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Serve with rice and parsley.
