- 60 ml Gin
- 15 ml Ginger syrup
- 15 ml Simple syrup (1.5:1)
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 2 Raspberries
- top with Sparkling water
- Muddle raspberries in the shaker.
- Shake everything except the sparkling water with ice.
- Serve with crushed ice, and top with sparkling water.
