(~4 portions)

  • 5 dl durum flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp water
  1. Pour flour on working surface, and form a well in the middle.
  2. Crack eggs in the well, and add olive oil and water.
  3. With a fork, mix the eggs, and incorporate flour little by little until it forms a batter.
  4. Mix everything, and knead for 10 minutes.
  5. Divide in 2, put in a ziplock, and let rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  6. Take out of the fridge, flatten as thin as possible, and shape the pasta.
  7. Boil in water for 2 minutes.
