- 5 dl durum flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp water
- Pour flour on working surface, and form a well in the middle.
- Crack eggs in the well, and add olive oil and water.
- With a fork, mix the eggs, and incorporate flour little by little until it forms a batter.
- Mix everything, and knead for 10 minutes.
- Divide in 2, put in a ziplock, and let rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Take out of the fridge, flatten as thin as possible, and shape the pasta.
- Boil in water for 2 minutes.
