- 60 ml Gin
- 15 ml Orgeat syrup
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- Small bar spoon Orange blossom water
- 30 ml Aquafaba
- Shake everything with ice.
- Remove the ice, and shake one more time.
- Serve, and garnish with nutmeg.
