- 2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon juice
- Small bar spoon Orange blossom water
- 1 oz Aquafaba
- Shake everything with ice.
- Remove the ice, and shake one more time.
- Serve, and garnish with nutmeg.
