- 60 ml Lemongrass-infused vodka
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 30 ml Simple syrup (1.5:1)
- 30 ml Aquafaba
- Shake everything with ice.
- Remove the ice, and shake one more time.
- Serve, and garnish with lemongrass.
