Mac and Cheese

- 250 g Macaroni
Topping:
- 50 g Panko bread crumbs
- 30 g butter
Cheese sauce:
- 60 g butter
- 50 g flour
- 750 ml Oat milk
- 250 g cheddar or gruyère
- 100 g mozzarella
- 2-3 tbsp mustard
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder
- Boil the pasta
- Mix panko and melted 30g butter for topping
- In sauce pan, make a roux by melting butter, and adding flour. Cook for a few minutes.
- Whisk in milk, slowly.
- Add mustard and seasoning, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Lower heat, and add cheese. Cook until melted.
- Mix pasta and cheese sauce.
- Add to dish and add panko mix on top.
- Cook 30 minutes at 180°C
