Mac and Cheese

  • 250 g Macaroni

Topping:

  • 50 g Panko bread crumbs
  • 30 g butter

Cheese sauce:

  • 60 g butter
  • 50 g flour
  • 750 ml Oat milk
  • 250 g cheddar or gruyère
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • 2-3 tbsp mustard
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder
  1. Boil the pasta
  2. Mix panko and melted 30g butter for topping
  3. In sauce pan, make a roux by melting butter, and adding flour. Cook for a few minutes.
  4. Whisk in milk, slowly.
  5. Add mustard and seasoning, and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Lower heat, and add cheese. Cook until melted.
  7. Mix pasta and cheese sauce.
  8. Add to dish and add panko mix on top.
  9. Cook 30 minutes at 180°C
