- 60 ml Tequila
- 30 ml Lime juice
- 10 ml Ginger syrup
- 10 ml Honey Syrup (3:1)
- 10 ml Mezcal
- Shake everything but the mezcal with ice.
- Pour in the glass, and add the mezcal on top (going slowly as to not mix it with the rest).
- Serve.
