Mushroom Spinach Pie

- 1 pie dough
- 200g mushrooms
- 150g spinash
- 6 eggs
- 100ml oat milk
- 200ml oat cream
- 200g mature cheddar (grated or roughly chopped)
- Fry the mushrooms.
- Add the spinash to the pan until wilted.
- Set the dough on the pie dish (can be prebaked for a few minutes, but not needed).
- Combine eggs, milk, and cream in a bowl.
- Add mushrooms, spinash, and cheese to the pie dish, and pour the egg mix on top.
- Bake for 45-60 minutes at 170°C.
