Mushroom Spinach Pie

  • 1 pie dough
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 150g spinash
  • 6 eggs
  • 100ml oat milk
  • 200ml oat cream
  • 200g mature cheddar (grated or roughly chopped)
  1. Fry the mushrooms.
  2. Add the spinash to the pan until wilted.
  3. Set the dough on the pie dish (can be prebaked for a few minutes, but not needed).
  4. Combine eggs, milk, and cream in a bowl.
  5. Add mushrooms, spinash, and cheese to the pie dish, and pour the egg mix on top.
  6. Bake for 45-60 minutes at 170°C.
