
- 60 ml Whiskey
- 30 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup (1.5:1)
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 10 ml Aquafaba (can be omitted)
- 15 ml red wine
- Shake everything but the red wine with ice.
- Remove the ice, and shake one more time.
- Pour in glass, and add the red wine on top (going slowly as to not mix it with the rest).
- Serve.
