- 160g Flour
- 60g Brown sugar
- 2tsp 4-spices mix (black pepper, ginger, clove, nutmeg)
- 1tsp Cinammon
- 10g Baking soda
- 160g Miel
- 60g Beurre
- 70g Milk
- 2 star anise
- 2 tsp Orange marmelade
- Gently heat up the milk, honey, and star anise, and let infuse for ~5 minutes.
- Remove the star anise.
- Add butter and orange marmelade until the butter is melted.
- Mix flour, sugar, 4-spices, cinammon, and baking soda.
- Combine liquid and solid mix.
- Bake 1h at 155°C.
