For 2 persons:

  • 5 slices of bread (toast before if frozen)
  • 2 eggs
  • 15cl oat milk
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • Vanilla
  • Butter for frying
  1. Combine eggs, milk, and sugar.
  2. Dip bread in egg mix until soaked.
  3. Fry in a pan with butter.
