For the tomato sauce:
- 500g Soy ground meat
- 1 Onion
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 1 Can (400g) crushed tomato
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Chopped rosemary
- 200 ml White wine
- Fry the soy meat, onion, and garlic with olive oil.
- Add the crushed tomato, tomato paste, paprika, cinnamon, rosemary, and wine.
- Let cook for 30 minutes.
For the cheese sause
- 50g Flour
- 50g Olive oil
- 500 ml Oat milk
- 2 Eggs
- 200g Grated Saganaki cheese (can be replaced with halloumi)
- Fry the olive oil and flour in a saucepan.
- Warm the milk in the microwave, and add to the saucepan.
- Let cook until it thicken (~ 10 minutes).
- Add the eggs and the cheese, and cook until mostly melted.
- 300g macaroni
- 100g Grated Saganaki cheese (can be replaced with halloumi)
- Cook the macaroni.
- Oil a dish, and add (in layers) the macaroni, then the tomato sauce, then the cheese sauce.
- Cook for 40 minutes at 175°C.
