Ramos Gin Fizz

- 60 ml Gin
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Lime juice
- 20 ml Simple syrup
- 4 dashes Orange blossom water
- 20 ml Aquafaba
- 20 ml Creme fraiche
- top with Sparkling water
- Shake everything but the sparkling water with ice.
- Remove the ice and shake one more time.
- Serve and topup with sparkling water.
