(~4 portions)

  • 1 onion
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 300g Kale
  • 400g Canned tomatoes
  • 400g White beans (like Cannellini)
  • 50g Parmesan
  • 50g oat cream
  1. Fry onion, garlic, and tomato paste in a casserole.
  2. Add kale and fry until wilted.
  3. Add beans and tomatoes, and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add parmesan and oat cream, cook until melted, and serve.
  5. Can garnish with parsley.
