- 1 onion
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 300g Kale
- 400g Canned tomatoes
- 400g White beans (like Cannellini)
- 50g Parmesan
- 50g oat cream
- Fry onion, garlic, and tomato paste in a casserole.
- Add kale and fry until wilted.
- Add beans and tomatoes, and cook for 10 minutes.
- Add parmesan and oat cream, cook until melted, and serve.
- Can garnish with parsley.
